We understand the importance of receiving your coffee products promptly and in excellent condition. Our commitment is to ensure that every order is processed and shipped efficiently, so you can enjoy your favorite brews without delay.
2. Shipping Areas
Bauer’s Brew Co. LLC provides shipping services to the “lower 48” contiguous states. Unfortunately, due to the fragility and freshness of our products, we are unable to offer shipping to locations outside the continental USA at this time.
3. Shipping Methods
Bauer’s Brew Co. LLC offers shipping services through UPS and USPS. The shipping method available will depend on various factors such as location, package size, service availability, and your selection at checkout.
Please be patient and considerate that once the package leaves our hands, the shipping experience is out of our control. As a result, your package may arrive later than expected or even earlier than anticipated. We always provide a tracking number sent to your email that can be monitored at any time; however, please note that this tracking number may not always be accurate or updated with the latest information.
4. Shipping Costs
The cost of shipping is dependent on various factors. At checkout, you will see different shipping options from UPS, USPS, or both. The cost is calculated by Shopify Shipping in coordination with the courier service, taking into account the items’ weight, dimensions, and destination. Bauer’s Brew Co. LLC will always strive to provide you with the best and most cost-effective option for both parties.
FREE SHIPPING may be available for some orders if certain criteria are met, such as orders over a specific amount (this amount may change over time), free shipping coupons, discounts, or promotions. Special circumstances may apply on a customer-to-customer basis or for subscription-based services or promotions. Please note that free shipping does not have a set processing time or expected delivery date; however, we always aim to get packages out as soon as possible.
FLAT RATES may be available for certain orders, products, or collections. This flat rate will be associated with those options. If an item in your order does not have a flat rate, but another item does, the flat rate will not be an option at checkout.
Shipping and handling costs for Bauer’s Brew Co. LLC may be higher than average due to some of our fragile and refrigerated products. To provide you with the best experience and to properly protect the items and their freshness, we implement numerous measures, such as using insulated packaging for fragile items like glass cold brew bottles that need to stay cold.*
5. Order Processing Time
It usually takes 1-3 days to process your order and prepare it for delivery. Shipping and delivery will typically take an additional 1-5 days, depending on your location and courier-specific factors, which are out of our control.
Please note that these timelines are not guaranteed. Circumstances such as holidays, company emergencies, weather conditions, company-wide vacations, and other factors may affect processing time and the timing of when you receive your order.
6. Tracking Your Order
We always provide a tracking number sent to your email that can be monitored at any time. However, please note that this tracking number is not always accurate or updated with the correct information.
If you selected shipping when your order address is eligible for local delivery, you will be refunded for the shipping cost if applicable. In this case, the tracking number will indicate “LOCAL” and the courier as “other.” To avoid this issue, please select local delivery when the option is available. Unfortunately, we are unable to officially change your order from shipping to local delivery after it has been placed, so selecting the correct option at checkout is important.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
It is important to take note of the following: when outsourcing shipping to couriers such as UPS and USPS, the handling of your items relies on them.
While we take great care to properly protect and pack your order, if your package is damaged or lost for any reason, we must file a claim with the courier and send out a new package entirely. If your package or items are confirmed as damaged or lost, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. You may choose to cancel the order and receive a refund, or as stated above, you may opt for a new package with the items you originally ordered. This is the only situation in which a refund may be warranted.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for perishable items under any circumstances unless you never received your package or if it was lost or damaged.
Some of our products are fragile, perishable and must remain “cold.” We insulate and implement "cold packs" sufficient enough to meet the timeline of shipping and delivery. If the courier takes significantly longer than anticipated to deliver your order, that situation is unfortunately out of our control. The customer is also responsible for obtaining our packages once its reached the destination within a reasonable amount of time and properly refrigerate upon arrival. Our shipping containers, and products all note this. Bauer's Brew Co. LLC is not liable for any sickness, injury, or death, resulting from the improper handling and storage of our products.

At Bauer’s Brew Co. LLC, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a seamless and efficient local delivery service. Our goal is to offer the best possible experience, ensuring your coffee products arrive fresh and on time, right to your doorstep.
- 2. Delivery Areas
For local deliveries, the customer address must be within a ~7-mile radius of Huntington Station, NY 11746, which serves as our headquarters. In some cases, depending on your location and our weekly schedule, addresses slightly outside of this zone may still qualify for local delivery.
If shipping was selected and paid for but your address falls within our local delivery zone, you will receive a refund for the shipping cost and your order will be delivered locally. Additionally, if you are well within the 7-mile local delivery area but mistakenly select shipping, we will default to local delivery and refund your shipping fee.
However, if you have specific reasons for preferring shipping over local delivery (such as no one being available at the residence for several days), please mention this in the Notes section during checkout, and we will accommodate accordingly.
- 3. Delivery Times
At Bauer’s Brew Co., we strive to offer Same Day or Next Day delivery, meaning your order will typically be delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the time it was submitted. However, please note that Same Day or Next Day delivery is not guaranteed.
As a small family-owned business with a limited team, there may be occasional delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as employee vacations, family emergencies, or adverse weather conditions. Rest assured, we always do our best to fulfill and deliver orders as promptly as possible.
4. Delivery Fees
Local delivery is FREE for customers within our 7-mile delivery zone. If your address falls within this area, the option for local delivery should be available at checkout. Please be sure to select this option.
If you accidentally choose shipping and pay for it, you will be refunded the shipping cost. However, if you prefer shipping over local delivery for a specific reason, please include that information in the Notes section during checkout, and we will accommodate your request accordingly.
5. Order and Delivery Confirmation
Local delivery will be an option at checkout if your order address is within the 7-mile radius of zip code 11746. Upon completing your checkout, you will receive email notifications updating you on the status of your order. These notifications will include when your order is fulfilled, when it is marked as ‘ready’ for delivery (which may also indicate that the order is out for delivery), and when the order has been DELIVERED.
No one needs to be present for local delivery, but please keep in mind that for local deliveries, Same Day or Next Day delivery is the standard. It’s best to stay alert for your package, especially for some of our products that are best kept refrigerated.

At Bauer’s Brew Co. LLC, we do not offer returns on our products. However, you may cancel your order by contacting us at info@bauersbrew.com before your order has been fulfilled and is ready for delivery.
