Grown in the famed Ethiopian mountains of Yirgacheffe, this natural-processed lot from Aricha delivers an intensely fruit-driven and aromatic cup. Slow sun-drying on raised beds concentrates lush notes of cherry and lemon, creating a juicy, layered sweetness. Its wine-like body and vibrant acidity are balanced by a smooth, rounded finish that keeps each sip bright yet refined. Crafted from carefully sorted native heirloom varietals by small producers. This coffee showcases the bold, expressive character that makes Yirgacheffe naturals so captivating and one of our personal favorites.
